When will the 2021 Form OR-40-V be ready?

I have e-filed my taxes, both Fed and Oregon. The Fed Form 1040-V form was printed properly for me to send my payment. However, the Oregon Form OR-40-V form says it isn't final and to not send it in yet. Both my Fed and Oregon e-filing have been accepted, so I want to send my payment. Is there a time frame when the OR-40-V will be ready? Or should I search the internet for a blank one to fill out manually?

No, you should not search for a blank one and fill out manually.

Form OR-40-V, will be available in TurboTax on 2/24/2022, so once it is available you would be able to print it then.
