When state return filed?

My Fed return was filed and accepted Feb. 11. In TurboTax, my CA state return shows not yet submitted. Why not?

When state return filed?

This can occur if your forms are not ready for e-filing. Please review the state form availability sheet to see which form is not available for e-file.
