When is the Wisconsin form 1NPR available on turbotax for 2019?

The page you linked to says that the form 1NPR is available, however my copy of Turbo Tax Home & Business (updated today 6/3/2020) says that it is not and will not let me file my WI state taxes. Looking for a solution.
