What is up with Delaware???? (Non-Resident)

I'm a Non-Resident working in DE and I'd like to know why it's taking so long here on TurboTax to get the forms???
When I transmitted my MD State and Federal Returns, TurboTax offered to print out my Returns - which I did. When it printed out, it printed all of DE's returns, completely filled out, so I'm really clueless as to what's going on here.
Please help, if you have a knowledgeable answer...
