What document do I need to send for the North Carolina State Tax Return ?

Hi,

When printing the documents out of TurboTax, I get in the instruction to mail the Form D-403 (3 Pages), but then, there are a bunch of forms that are also printed like:

NC K-1

Form D-403: Part 5 Other Deduction(only 1 page)

Form 1065 (that seems to be a Federal)

Do I need to send all that packet or just the D403 of 3 pages?

Send the entire packet that printed out.  Your state needs to see your Federal data when you file your State return.
