You can keep a copy of it with your tax records- it shows that you agreed to file the tax return electronically.

The IT 8453OL is a declaration of electronic filing. This form is to be completed and signed by the taxpayer before their return can be filed electronically through the Federal/ State Online Filing Program.  You do this in TurboTax by signing electrically.
