What do I do when the State sends a letter saying I owe money and Turbo Tax says I get a refund?
What does the letter from the state say? Was there income not reported on your return or what is the reason they say you owe?

What do I do when the State sends a letter saying I owe money and Turbo Tax says I get a refund?
When the state says you owe, the state could care less what TurboTax says.
On the other hand, you have the right to dispute it.
