Washington state missing from dropdown

We live in Oregon and the job is in Washington. I cannot proceed without adding this state regardless of whether there is income tax there or not. Should I say we didn't make money in WA?

Since Washington does not have an income tax, you do not need to enter it on the screen, Did you make money in any other states.

To get back to this screen:

1. Click on the Personal Info tab.
2. Scroll down to the Other state income section and click Edit.  [See Screenshot #1, below.]
   
3. On the screen, Did you make money in any other states, mark the Yes radio button.  Leave the State selection at the default, --Select a State--   [Screenshot #2]
