Virginia PTE Credit from VK-1. But VA thinks I didn't pay in quarterly so is showing a large penalty.

Help please. How do I tell TurboTax Premier that because I am a ltd partner and the state tax is paid at the entity level (so I have PTET), not to charge me a penalty for not paying quarterly?
