How do I enter the amount of my political contributions to get the Virginia credit?

It should go on line 26, but TurboTax doesn't have that as an editable field.

Virginia no longer has this deduction. Political contributions eligible for the deduction must have been made prior to January 1, 2017 and included on prior years tax returns.
