Virginia Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP)

I have donated and received the certificate for a NAP donation.  Per Virginia state tax site it should be entered on Schedule CR.  I can find nothing in Turbo Tax Premier that references or accesses CR and/or an entry point for the specially treated credit to be carried to the final return.  

This credit is 65% versus the "standard" 25% or so for most donations.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You will enter this credit in the Virginia portion of TurboTax, after you have completed the federal return. The top of the entry screen will read Take a look at Virginia credits and taxes (or similar language).  Click start beside Neighborhood Assistance Act under the heading Personal, home and family credits. 

The screen should look like this:
