Unending Ohio SD tax loop

Schedule SD WH: W-2 Ohio ID Number should be entered on federal Form W-2, Box 15 for the School District Number entered above. I keep getting the error above, and it is asking that I type something into the box 1 column in row 5. I have two entries to the same locality, so there are 2 lines here. I tried putting the Ohio ID number for my employer but it wouldn’t let me type a dash and instead inserted commas making it read “000,000,000.” What do I need to put in these boxes?

Why do you have two lines (W-2, boxes 15-20) for the same locality? Are you sure it's the same locality.  Two lines, on an Ohio W-2 usually means you had withholding for both a School District (SD) and a City. They could have similar names.

Just leaving off the dash, when you type in the number, usually works. The instructions at the W-2 screen say to not include any dashes.  TT automatically picks up the state ID number.  There is not a separate ID number for cities or SDs.
