Unable to use TurboTax Mac software to e-file New York tax

I am at the last step of the New York tax filing and I find the software doesn't allow me to proceed (I have no problem with filing Federal and New Jersey tax). I am stuck on the page shown in this picture, where I am unable to check the box highlighted. I can click the box but it is automatically uncheck. So I am unable to click continue or move to the next step. 

I am using the TurboTax software for mac and I have installed all updates. My mac version is 10.13.6. 

Anyone can help?

I can only suggest quitting TurboTax and then repeat the NY state interview and error check to see if there see if there was a prior question that was missed.     If it persists then contact customer support.
