Last night I efiled Maryland Form 510 using TurboTax Business. TurboTax indicates that the submission was successful and that the return was accepted. However, TurboTax is now instructing me to print Maryland Form EL101B and sign it. The form is clearly marked that it is NOT to be sent to the Maryland tax offices. The form has two checkbox options to select whether I want to enter my PIN or to have the "ERO" generate one. Neither one is checked and the PIN fields are blank. As far as I know, I don't have a PIN. I also don't know what an ERO is. Do I need to do something to provide a PIN to someone? Does the form need to be sent to anyone (excluding Maryland) after I sign it?
