Because of the IRS e-file start date of 1/29, pending state returns are scheduled to be able to e-filed after that date. Make sure you update your version of TurboTax (Desktop) or log off and log on (Online).

I checked the nm taxation website, they said it can take 6-8 weeks for acceptance not even processing

After 3 weeks my NM state tax finally got accepted. I guess they are just backed up this year. Good luck to you all.
