Turbo Tax Miscalculating Underpayment Penalty to MN

I made an estimated payment to the State of Minnesota at the end of 2019.  Turbo Tax is recognizing the estimated payment for purposes of determining my remaining 2019 state tax due.  Due to the estimated payment, there should be no underpayment penalty.  But, Turbo Tax is not recognizing the estimated payment in its calculation of my underpayment.  And, it says that I need to pay a penalty of $6 and file a paper return.  Any advice for how to fix this so that I can e-file would be greatly appreciated.

Turbo Tax Miscalculating Underpayment Penalty to MN

It depends.

If you were not making estimated tax payments throughout the year as you were earning income, you may still be subject to underpayment penalties.

You can follow the steps in the attached link to try to reduce or even eliminate your underpayment penalty.
