Turbo Tax error with Illinois Schedule CR?

This Turbo Tax customer is an Illinois resident, with income from both Illinois and Missouri sources.

The 2022 Turbo Tax creation of my Illinois return correctly placed deferred compensation from Missouri on line 15, column B, of Illinois Schedule CR.

The 2023 Turbo Tax creation of mu Illinois return placed deferred compensation from Missouri on line 1, column B, of Illinois Schedule CR.  As it was not part of Line 1 Column A total, Schedule CR was rejected by Illinois Department of Revenue.

Is this as Turbo Tax error, or an entry error on my part in some fashion?  Federal and Missouri returns have been accepted and returns received.
