Trouble purchasing State return (IL SCorp)

I enter all the information to purchase the Illinois State SCorp return and it will not let me continue.

I am closing my business and discontinued my credit card for my business and it wouldn't let me change to my personal credit card number.  I went in as a guest and used my personal credit card and it worked.  Thank you.
