Transferring incorrect data to the state return?

My federal information was not transferred correctly. I want to delete the wrong information from my state taxes. They say if I delete the state taxes that I have started, I will not be able to get them back.

Does Turbotax need to update their state tax return software? This is the 2nd year in a row that my Indiana state tax return was incorrect and had to be adjusted.
