There is a possibility that congress will pass a bill that would make 2020 unemployment income non taxable. Since I already filed my taxes is there anything I can do?

I paid taxes on my unemployment income and filed already. If this bill passes, will I be able to get that money back this year, next year, or ever?

If for some reason this is ever passed and signed into law, the IRS will issue rules, regulations and guidance for returning the taxes paid.
