If your refund is taking longer than 21 business days and your are concerned there are a few things you can do.

go to https://www.irs.gov/refunds

call the IRS Refund Hotline (lost / stolen checks, check copies) (800) 829-1954

call the Santa Barbara bank 1-877-908-7228
