Texas form 05-163

I'm doing taxes for 3 Texas LLCs.  The Federal returns filed easily.  But the Texas Form 05-163 Franchise Tax No Tax due Report will not file.  The notice says that the Tax center isn't open except from the beginning to the end of Tax season.  Somehow it doesn't know what date it is.    I paid an extra $50 to get the Texas Business Returns but now it doesn't work.  A little help please.

The State of Texas was in a State of Emergency last week due to loss of snow, extreme cold, and loss of power and water across much of the state for most of the week. 

You should try again next week. 

Most state offices not directly supporting recovery and restoration of services are not yet back to work. 

The deadline to file the Texas Form 05-163 is May 15.
