Do I have to pay FUTA or SUTA taxes in WA State if I have an LLC (run as S-Corp) and the only employee I have is MY SELF?

Yes, Washington State is subject to FUTA and they also have a state unemployment tax. If your LLC is taxed as an S-Corp, in addition to being the owner, you are also an employee, and your LLC will have to pay FUTA and SUTA tax, based upon the amount of wages you pay yourself.
Thank you for your answer!
For FUTA taxes I have to file Form 940 - but how do I pay SUTA taxes?
Generally you will file a quarterly tax form reporting the wages that were paid. When you fill out the quarterly tax form it will help you calculate the amount of SUTA you are required to pay, and you send in a payment with your form.
You can get more information about that by clicking here: https://www.esd.wa.gov/employer-taxes
