Tax Amount - TP Should not be greater than the tax imposed by other state

Hi I am having an issue, I get an error message that reads:

IT-112-R (CT): Tax Amount - TP Should not be greater than the tax imposed by other state. I have read other discussions and tried their methods and I am not sure what numbers I should modify to make it work. Please assist.
