Still did not receive my 2022 state refund

I filed my tax and submitted to state of GA and federal on 04/06 and was accepted on that day. However, I have gotten my federal refund but not state. When I checked online thru state irs website. They didn’t even have my info. Why is that?

Log into your TurboTax online account, and double-check at the Tax Home that the efiled state return was indeed accepted.

According to the GA DOR, it can take up to 90 days to process a return and issue a refund, but it should at least show up in the GA WMR tool, I would think, assuming you are entering all info correctly.   Look at your actual state return to get the state refund amount to use in the tool.

If it continues to not show up in the GA "Where's My Refund" tool, see if phoning the automated GA "Where's My Refund" system helps any.  The automated phone number is on the GA WMR webpage.

Otherwise, you can phone the GA DOR customer service to see if they can explain what you are experiencing.

It's a 2021 tax refund, not a 2022 one.

I did before I put the question here, the GA website showed it’s no information. And I did again last night it only showed it was received, but nothing else.

The website may give you "no information" from time to time.  Just check again the next day.

If it's any consolation, one year my own state gave me a "not found" message every day for several weeks, and then suddenly it changed to "refund issued."
