State tax Ny

I filed my state taxes and it was except on January 28 and when I go to check the status I received a message saying the amount doesn't match the amount filed on my taxs return. I made sure to look back on TurboTax several times I'm entering the right refund amount for my state what can that massage mean . Thank you

I was having the same problem.  I e-filed on 1/31/20, but yesterday a week after I filed it is showing up as received and being processed.
