State Tax eFile refund

Hi - I paid $15 ($25 minus the $10) to eFile my state return.  However AFTER I paid the $15, TurboTax Desktop told me I couldn't eFile because the state withholding on one of my W-2s was more than 50% of my federal income.  This was entirely true and correct, and something NJ knows about.  

Regardless how can I get my money back since I was unable to efile?  You would think this type of check should be BEFORE you actually pay the money.  I have seen this error looking around in the support so it seems this error has been around for a while.  I don't necessarily mind having to print everything out, however this should be checked before you actually give the money.
