State Returns for LLC owning Race Horses

I have an Arizona LLC that owns race horses. The race horses reside and race in West Virginia and Arkansas. What State Partnership returns do I need to file?

You would need to file partnerhship returns for all three states. You need Arizona since that is where the partnership is licensed, and in the other two states since you conduct business in them.
