state return incomplete after running review

keep getting message that state return is missing information, but when I hit the finish now tab, Turbo Tax kicks me back to the beginning of state returns.  It never shows me what is missing.  I have been through forms and filled out some info but still getting the incomplete message.

Are you using the Online or Desktop product? in the interim, please clear cache and delete cookies for online or check for latest updates for desktop.
