It keeps saying my state tax has been rejected what am I doing wrong this is the second time it had been rejected and I dont know what I'm doing wrong

You should be provided with a reject code or reason along with a link to "fix" the issue. What is the code or reason that is being given?

This reject code means that the driver's license or state identification information you entered when electronic filing did not match the information on file with the Illinois Department of Revenue. You can either correct the information you entered or use a different signature verification when re-submitting your return.
