State refund

Hello,

This is Esther rodriguez. I’ve been having a hard time with my taxes. I filled through TurboTax on Feb. 4th, 2020. And it got accepted on the same day both my federal and state. IRS notified me and said my Taxes will be coming in on Feb.24, 2020. Which it did, but my state taxes did not come. I’m not sure if either you guys are withholding my taxes but I’m concern and I’m not sure who to contact.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.

Same thing for 2018 and 2019 Turbo Tax did my taxes and I was approved for federal and state. I have only received my Missouri Federal but never my State for either years. I would like to know why and if Turbo Tax is keeping my refund!

TurboTax is not keeping your refund. There is no way they could if they wanted to, as they never have access to your refund.  If you want to find out what happened to your state refund, you should contact your state's department of revenue.  How do I contact my state Department of Revenue?
