State of Ohio taxes

State of Ohio says that you can deduct employer sponsored health insurance plans (subsidized).  Which box 14 code qualifies for that deduction? We have a DD code and a G code.

State of Ohio taxes

That's deductible because it is a pretax benefit (it's already been deducted or not included in your pay.
