State of Michigan - TurboTax Print of Forms for Filing

When I selected the option of printing my State of Michigan forms for filing, TurboTax did not print all federal schedules that the State of Michigan indicates are required in their filing instructions, if such schedules are filed with the federal return.  Specifically, federal Schedules 1, 2, and 3 did not print.  Glad I reviewed the Michigan instructions.  

As I stated in an earlier post, TurboTax also only printed 16 digits of my 17 digit bank account number on my Michigan return.  It did print correctly on my federal return.  The account number was entered correctly into TurboTax, with no spaces or special characters, and shows up correctly in the Step-by-Step and Forms sections.  Could not find a way to include the full 17 digit account number on my Michigan return.  Reported the problem to TurboTax.  Just requesting check for my refund.
