My state return was rejected and my federal return was accepted. I've followed the steps to correct and refile my state but I'm getting an error message saying state must be filed with Federal which it was using turbo tax. Error message below. When I go back to file taxes tab it shows Federal as accpeted and state as rejected.

I've already spent 9+hours on the phone with tech support this week,so this solution is ultra frustrating.
