South Carolina and Part-Time Nonresidents form shows a Student Loan deduction amount. But I didn't pay loans to SC. Do I change this?

South Carolina and Part-Time Nonresidents form shows a Student Loan deduction amount. But I didn't pay loans to SC. Do I change this?
Your student loan deduction on Line 27, column B of the Schedule NR for South Carolina would be your total South Carolina income (Line 16, Column B) divided by your total Federal income (Line 16, Column A), times the student loan interest deduction taken on your federal return (Line 27, Column A)
