Please see this TurboTax Help Article for a sign-up to alert you when this is resolved: Why am I getting a Form K-40SVR error when reviewing my Kansas state taxes?
I entered 0 and filed, but the state rejected my return. There is currently an update in the works that won't be complete until 2/9 for all TT software. Hopefully that will resolve the issue as I have already paid to file and cannot get a refund.
This link does not take you to anything.
When do we find out if this will be fixed? I keep getting denied, and the form will not actually delete. It just keeps popping back up and stating that I need to "fix an issue". I've never had so many issues filing my taxes.
From their website - Your return hasn't been e-filed pending a product update. Updates will be available on 02/09/23. On or after 02/09/23, download and install the latest version, run through final review, and re-transmit. If you are using TurboTax Online product the updates are automatic. Simply log back into your return, click on the State tab and select the State Review sub-tab. Advance through the Review and error-check section, and then continue into the Filing section to re-transmit your return. If the reject continues, you may want to file this return via U.S. Mail: print and mail it to the appropriate taxing authority.
What is frustrating is I have already paid the $35 to e-file for state and I doubt TT will refund that......
My state refund is on its way....but I sent it in via US Mail.
