Software error/typo when trying to file NY state

I am using the Mac software turbotax deluxe. When I try to file the taxes, under section "How do you want your New York Refund" there is a section that states "The state of New York is now issuing tax refund on debit cards and paper checks. Please select your choice below". There are two radio buttons, top one selected by default. There are no words next to the radio buttons so I have no idea what I am selecting. I called turbo tax and they were confused and said they submitted the issue and will be fixed with next update. Waited and then updated the software. The problem is still there. Can turbo tax please assist.
