Signature and Mailing Requirements for 2023 Colorado Partnership Forms

Looking for confirmation that TurboTax is incorrect again (see post titled "2022 Colorado Business Filing Address Incorrect in TurboTax").

For 2022 taxes, the DR 0106 had to be mailed to (without check):

COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE  Denver, CO 80261-0005

and the DR 0106K with signed DR 1706 had to be mailed to:

COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE  Denver, CO 80261-0005

For 2023 taxes, the DR 0106 mailing instructions on the form are the same as 2022.  However, the mailing instructions on the DR 1706 now call for it and the DR 0106K to also be mailed to:

COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE  Denver, CO 80261-0005

and there is no longer a place to sign or date the 1706.

What is confusing is that the TurboTax instructions printed with the forms to mail state the following, which would have been correct for 2022 taxes, but are now incorrect for 2023 taxes.  Looks like TurboTax is remaining out of sync with the Colorado business forms.

Mail your return to the following address on or before April 15, 2024:
COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE
DENVER, CO 80261-0005
Be sure to have a general partner or limited liability company member sign
and date the return.
Do not include Forms 1706 and DR 0106K with your DR 0106 return.
Mail them separately to:
Colorado Department of Revenue
Denver, CO 80261-0005
Be sure to have a general partner or limited liability company member sign
and date Form 1706.
