Should I refile a return if it claims there is a duplicate 1099-R?

who says duplicate?  a letter from the IRS? then follow the instructions given.

This is the message response in the rejection email   there was nothing to correct and I do not even see a 1099 R in my copy of the tax return prepared by Turbo Tax
