Should i enter the NJ tax 3226 and NY state keeps asking? IT-112-R(NJ) : Tax Amount - TP should not be greater than the tax imposed by other state, please help?

i keep entering the tax paid in NJ and turbotax keeps returning tax imposed by other state is high.
