Hi I am filling my tax for 2024 this month with Turbotax Desktop and I set-up the estimated tax payment for NY state ( I got the confirmation email from turbotax). Now I want to cancel it, tried multiple ways but did not work:

1. I visited the NY Department of Taxation and Finance, but I do not have an account, when I tried to created one with my SSN, it says my account is already created. - tried forget username/password, neither of these or my email address work because I never create one! Maybe TurboTax create it when I set up the payment? Can I please contact someone from TurboTax for help?
2. Call [phone number removed] - all representatives always unavailable to help.
3. Contact support on Turbotax - Not working online or in desktop since desktop App will transfer me to the online website, and the chatting bot in the website will ask me to buy product (start filling tax) before answering my question.
