I E-Filed my Federal and State (PA) Income tax using TurboTax. I had a 401k rollover in 2020 and I thought I saw where TurboTax said to include a copy of the 1099-R form when filing the state income tax. I didn't see anywhere in TurboTax where I could attach this form. Since I already E-filed, should I still send this form in the mail or is it not necessary...or will the state request it when processing my taxes if needed?
Update: I didn't realize, but Turbo Tax includes a Gross Compensation Worksheet that includes entries from the W2 and 1099-R. I'm guessing this will be enough.

If on your Federal taxes you entered the 1099-r data when you completed your return then you only need to include the 1099-r on your state return if you are sending it in by mail and state taxes were withheld on it. If you e-file your state return then you do not to mail it in.

After filing Fed and State (both accept)..I received a 1099-R of ($2641). Can you check my 2021 worksheet and see if I included this 1099-R? If I didn't? Is there a way I could amend my 2021 to include this amount.
Thanks
No, we at TurboTax cannot check your 2021 worksheet to see if you included a 1099-R. If you used the Online version and you saved or printed your return along with all worksheets before you e-filed, you could look at your return to see if the 1099-R is included. You can also go back into your return to by going to Tax Tools, then tools, save my 2021 return to my computer. If you used TurboTax desktop you can print your 2021 tax return worksheets and schedules after you file, please follow these instructions: Log into your TurboTax account Scroll to the bottom of the page, click Add a State( you are not adding a state, this is just to get in the right menu) Over to the left, click Tax Tools dropdown Click the Print Center Click the Print, save or preview this year's return Check 2021 Federal returns and/or State returns Select Include government and TurboTax worksheets (optional) Then, click View or print forms In the desktop version, you also check by opening your return and click on Forms mode and look at the forms and worksheets. After reviewing your original return and you find that you did not include the 1099-R in question, you will need to amend your return. However, do not amend your return until your original return has been processed. To know that it is processed, you will have received your refund. If you owed on your return, then you can go to http://irs.gov/transcript and check your return and account transcripts. Once you know that the original return has been processed then go ahead and amend if necessary.
