Second state download in Premier 2022

Using CD, successfully loaded federal and first state (RI). When I attempt to load a second state (CT) I only get a blank screen in the software. It hangs and won't connect to the website.

I contacted TT by phone and it appears the issue is graphics related. We worked on it for about an hour but it still will not connect to download. I also had this issue last year (the convo with your service associate jogged my memory). What is the recommended screen ration to use? Hopefully someone can locate this from last year.
