Actually referring to someone (you can guess who) on a different thread. Sorry to hear you're experiencing the same frustrations on the RI forms. Sometimes I feel like I'm being too hard on the support folks. Seems like they're not really sharing information about the problem. Besides the person on this thread, I've spoken to three (I think), and partner at least two. None of them seem to know that this is a problem that is widespread and that they keep getting calls on.

Transmission is now working. Never got the promised email notification, though. Actually, didn't place a high probability on getting one. Will be exploring other software next year.
