You do not have to enter in the state tax section, if it is in the federal section of TurboTax, it will be automatically transferred and applied to the state.

How do I fix federal return to efile? It wants an amount in box 16 1099-R for firefighter pension in OH. There is no entry on the form. Turbotax won't accept 0 or blank?
