Reciprocal agreement. DC and Maryland

I live in DC and work in Maryland. My employer (only source of income) withheld DC taxes. Do I answer "no" when turbotax asks me whether I lived in a different state as my employer (answering yes makes me file a Maryland tax return)?

That's right - you did not earn income in another state. Answering Yes tells TT to prepare that state's nonresident return.
