Where is the members share of PTE credit reported on the Missouri state return?

Looks like you should use code SPA on From  MO-TC, Salt Parity Act, if you are talking about the pass through entity tax credit for Missouri as your resident state.  However, I am not sure Turbo tax is currently treating this correctly.  I was told it could not offset spouse liability, but turbo Tax allows this.
