The support is absolutely useless. The cleanup file doesn't work if the software is already updated.

Support said MD will be available so download after 21st. Still doesn't work.

There is no error message stating whether its available or not, whether the download crashed,

Your fixes don't work. FIX YOUR **bleep** SOFTWARE !
