I get following error when I trying to E-file NJ state. I updated desktop program on 2/17 and 2/18. it still has bugs, and it does not work.

I have same problem as do many other users. I spoke with a Turbo Tax Technician who said he would forward this to the persons able to correct this error. I had a case number assigned on 2/18/[phone number removed]). Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Thanks for the information. I was able to get clarification and help on this issue just a little while ago from Coleena H.
She remotely looked at my error and was extremely helpful and very thorough in explaining the know issue to me. I am very impressed with the online support I have received in the last several days and will continue to use Turbo Tax software as I have been for many many years. There will always be glitches with any product and it's the support that really matters when things go wrong
