Other Income not populating to state return

Why is other income from line 8z of Schedule 1 Form 1040, Additional Income and Adjustment to Income, not populating to line 8z, Column A of Schedule CA (540), California Adjustments - Residents?

I spoke with product support this week. Confirmed it was a known issue with no workaround. No commitment to whether or when it will be fixed.

Issue still not resolved. I have other reportable income on form 1040 schedule 1 line 8. It has the description of the income in the worksheet. But on state form CA 540 schedule, section B line 8z, the type of income does not transfer. I tried to override it on the form itself but the type of income still doesn't print. Only the federal amount got transferred. Please fix and advise. Thanks.
